Nice, runs small Jun 29, 2008
By Sarah Gordon I bought this slip as part of a dress-up bag I put together for my three-year-old. The slip is very soft and fluffy, but it seems to run small. I bought a 5 year size to have lots of wiggle room but it JUST fits now. I kept it but would advise you to buy big.

Petticoat slip Nov 10, 2008

This slip runs a little small, my granddaughter is 20 months old, regualr size for her age, and this siz 2 was a little tight in the chest area. It was perfect for the pageant dress that she wore, so just order a little bigger size when ordering. Thanks

Lovely Little Slip Nov 28, 2011

Purchased this slip for my daughter to use with her Sunday and dress-up dresses and am very pleased with the quality. Full enough to look cute and attractive under her dresses that otherwise look a little flat. The bodice fits nicely and seems true to size. Why have full slips almost become a thing of the past? IMO, every little girl needs a pretty slip.
Runs small- order a size up! Sep 24, 2011

Adorable under my 1-year-old's dresses- this slip gave them just the right amount of fullness & we get compliments whenever she wears it. It was quite smooshed when it got here, but I shook it out & hung it on a hanger overnight, and it fluffed right up. BE WARNED, though, that it seems to run quite small in the bodice. I ordered a 18-month (the size she wears in Carters' clothes), and it was quite a tight squeeze. Lengthwise, my daughter probably could have worn it for a few months, but the bodice is TINY around the waist, and for some reason the waist seam is rigid, NOT stretchy. I would recommend ordering up AT LEAST one size,(maybe even 2) and using the adjustable straps, to get a little longevity out of this slip. I'll probably cut the bodice off & turn hers into a half slip to get my money's worth.
