Great for Zumba Jul 18, 2010
These shoes are great for my Zumba classes, but my only regret is they run narrow and small, I normally wear a size 10 shoe, so I got them in an 11, but I wish I got them in in a 11 1/2. But other than that, they are great.

I was satisfied with the quality and delivery times for this item.
however I didn't take into consideration sizing tips for it. for Man sizes you should really order 2-3 times bigger than your actual size.
i though it was too much and ordered 1,5 size bigger and it was too tight for me.
however it was a very good gift for my friend :D
i will order it again but a bit bigger next time :)

I was advised before I ordered to go up a size and a half larger than my normal size. Good advice! The fit was perfect. After the first wear, however, one of the tabs where the shoelace goes, broke so I had to repair it. Nothing a couple stitches didn't fix but it was a bit annoying. Worth the price though. Much easier to pivot, therefore, much better for your knees!

Zumba class wearing my Bloch shoes Sep 08, 2009
I bought these "boost" dance sneakers by Bloch for Zumba class. After reading the many reviews, I chose a size 10 which is 1 1/2 sizes larger than the 8 1/2 that I normally wear. My foot is wide so it helps that they are a cloth upper. They are the size and brand I will choose when I buy my next pair.
The shoes allow me to salsa, merengue, samba, cha cha and swivel my hips without the pulling at my knees and ankles caused by shoes that do not smoothly glide along during those movements. The shoes slide nicely on the floor so I only wear them for the dance-type classes. I tried to wear them for Turbo Kick but was sliding far too much and had to change to my normal sneakers for the rest of the class.
I've been very pleased with my purchase.

Hi, I rate this a 3 stars because after 3 weeks of use (3 Zumba classes a week), the left foot stitches start to open... maybe I had a bad experience, not sure. They are "canvas" shoes, so they are initially tight but after usage they stretch out and are very comfortable. I'm a size 8.5 and ordered 8.5 - if first felt tight but after using it for a couple of weeks it got very comfortable.
